Log in error

The log in error is getting rather annoying.
Auto complete dialogue, the password you typed does not match the user Id/username. Would you like to make changes? ETC and I know I'm typing my info correctly and yes I do log off properly so I know it isn't a mistake on my end. When my BF logs in he never gets this message so I'm assuming it's a bug that should be fixed.

It's on your end in microsoft explorer.
The site has nothing to do with that error.

I don't remember how to fix it right off--something to do with security I think--but google part of the message and see if you can get an answer that way.

But my BF doesn't have trouble logging in and we share the computer. So there has to be a bug somewhere in the site.

Please ignore the 5th message. Something I didn't mean to do. My mistake.

Yes. Auto complete is a browser feature, urm, annoyance? We have nothing at all to do with it. There's a box that says don't offer to complete things for me in the future, if I remember. Check it.

Thanks I'll try that if I see that box.

Ok I checked that box and it's still acting odd. When I type in my I D number it brings up the error, but when I put in my name I don't get the error. Why is that? What if I feel lousy one day and just don't feel like typing in my username and would rather type my number instead, how can I get it used to taking my I D number?

Wow, and I thought I was the only one who got that message. What check box are you referring to, and how do I get to it. step-by-step instructions, if you please.

When you type your username and password over, there's a window that says do you want windows to remember this password so that you don't have to type it again. If you tab over from that there's a checkbox that you can check that says do not offer any more passwords or something along the lines. Look for do not offer... and check that box. But I find it only works with my username and not both my username and user I D number.
